It is a documentary about sustainable bread made from the bark of fallen trees, local products interpreted in gourmet recipes that enhance the territory and its traditions.  Chef Stefano Basello is the protagonist of this film and shows us how the rediscovery of the ancient values of a community can bring nature back to the centre of living well and in harmony with it and with others.
